I'm kind of a creature of habit, don't like change much, and have pretty much stuck to the same 2 workouts for the last 4 years. Next week I am going to be starting a "new to me" workout program. I've seen a lost of people doing it, having fun, and getting results, so I decided to give it a shot. .
