Happy Thanksgiving Eve y’all! I have company arriving soon from across the country. I’ve got beds to make, last minute cleaning to do, food to prep, food to cook. But I also made a commitment to myself to be the best version of me! And that means making my workouts and healthy eating a priority! That means looking ahead at my week and scheduling in my workouts. Just like we schedule all the other things on our daily/weekly/monthly list. 📆
I’ve been focusing on eating clean 🥦🥑🍳🍎and drinking lots of water and then I will make smart choices when it comes to foods I choose tomorrow. 🤓 I will enjoy by indulging some because it is a celebration!!! But celebrations and holidays don’t have to be all about the food. It’s mostly about being present with the people your with. Laughing, loving, and creating memories! I work hard, I am consistent, and no excuses are getting the way of my goals!!!
