🚨 Expectation VS Reality 🚨
I see a lot of guys dreaming about, and doing such extreme measures to get to the shredded life. I receive messages daily asking for tips on how to look good, and when I talk about balance and consistency they question if I know what I’m talking about. Truth is being shredded is not really that much fun at all! Any competitor will tell you that there’s a fair few weeks of shit, with plenty of life barriers to get to a shredded physique. Yes it’s glorious on show day but unless you’re willing to sacrifice social events, sometimes relationships, and prioritise training, diet, cardio, money and time for organisation, then honestly, take it from me, find yourself a balanced of life, you CAN still look good!
Do not use this as an excuse for pizza “‘cuz bulking”. Find a balance in between. Eat food, train hard, smile often, and give something back!
