Just don’t! When something or someone is really bothering me, I tend to just put it aside and ignore it, and not worry about it. Like if I get a text from someone, or see a photo on Instagram that just makes me feel inadequate, insecure, or strange, I immediately delete it, unfriend them or remove it from my sight. That’s just how I deal with negativity, because I’ve decided along time ago that toxic thoughts, people and energy don’t belong in my circle! It really has nothing to do with them, any everything to do with me 🤷🏼♀️✌🏻 Its different for everyone, some like to talk about it, talk through it, dig deeper into situations (ha, I’m married to a counselor!), but not me. I’m more of a see ya, goodbye, deal with it later (maybe, but probably not) type of person! There’s no right way, just the way that works for you! I’m with this avocado 🥑 .
