❓ What does your role at Flourish involve?
My role is so very varied & whilst I am the founder and MD, I also wear many different hats within the business. I am chief decision maker, head of new business development, comms strategist, head of HR, media trainer, crisis comms manager, head of finance (HA - I can hear my accountant laughing at that!), content creator, publicist and mother hen. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
❓ What is your favourite part of working at Flourish?
Seeing my staff and clients grow every single day. The impact that great PR & comms can have on a business is extraordinary - seeing our ideas come to life & then have a huge impact on our clients is the most wonderful feeling. We have an excellent team of very committed and talented people. Seeing my staff realise their own potential and achieve brilliant results for our clients makes me immensely proud. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

A new month means a day of planning new content for our social media clients. Each month we sit down and reflect on the previous month.
We go through our analytics and reports and figure out which content was the most successful, and where we need to focus more attention.
We then brainstorm content ideas, and begin creating!

Stats don't lie!
Each day we track the stats of our clients' social media channels. We are able to collect insights and information on how our clients’ customers engage with our content including which posts had the highest engagement, biggest reach and overall growth.
Data insights also allows us to set goals each month and helps inform our strategy and shift our focus to certain areas, such as producing more video content or interacting and engaging with the community more.

We cannot emphasise this enough. Statistics and analytics are the key to growing a successful social media account. Without them you can't tell what 's working and what needs to change. Every month we sit down and go through the previous month's data, and decipher the metrics to see what we need to focus on the following month. Last night was the launch of the Real Madrid World of Football Experience; a new, state-of-the-art, digital and physical interactive football experience designed for all ages. Walking the grass carpet was Real Madrid C.F. Ambassador and former player Álvaro Arbeloa and Melbourne's Minister for Tourism and Events, John Eren. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Meet our wonderful PR assistant, Maddie. 🤔 What does your role at Flourish involve?
My role is to work with the senior PR team to help make their job easier! This involves reporting, compiling media lists, being on site for media days, and chasing up media leads. I even make cups of tea. 🤔 What does a regular day at Flourish look like for you?
Every day is so different! My day starts off reading the papers and checking for client coverage. This also keeps me up-to-date on what is going on in the world. After this, I could be doing anything from chasing RSVP’s for client events, sending out media releases, and creating media lists through to attending client meetings, reporting on coverage and setting up pieces in the media. Not knowing what each day is going to be like is what keeps it exciting. 🤔 What is your favourite part of working at Flourish?
The team! I love coming to work every day and working with my #FlourishFamily. Everyone is so supportive and kind. I’ve learnt so much in the past 5 months. It's been amazing!
