Yesterday, I attended a fucking amazing #concert. #NIN and #Primus (;
And well, shitty rules and regulations about in-taking your own foods, #drinks, whatever... Make it almost impossible to 'stay on' ... But that's it, you're always on but balancing. So what if you miss a meal, or have to eat outside your plan in some situations. Point is, take care of #now, and then carry on, continue. #consistency and #focus come into play here.

So... That's my take. In some situations, do I starve, or hold myself off?? 🍻🍻🍗🍗 sometimes I'll starve... Easy 😂
Besides! This was before the #pit and I was in during Primus entire set! That's fucking 45 min of #hiit #cardio with jumping, lunging, bumping, staggering, body force and impact... Ha! I was drenched as if I were doing stepper or running outside, in Texas heat, for 7min. So yeah, it's burned off (;
And today I woke up and did my usual #flush #ritual with #applecidervinegar and #HelixBCAA. Fasted about 5hrs before I decided to eat. And I WAS gonna order some fucking #pizza. I want some fucking pizza but, no... I made food. I'll eat at home today. Besides... There's a #fullmoon coming and I gotta save the crack and satan worship for designated times 💁
