Not a superfood junkie, but I've been getting these 3 in everyday:
1️⃣CHIA SEEDS - rich in fiber, healthy fat, protein, and antioxidants.
2️⃣CACAO - I mean, it's like really healthy chocolate, so duh. Powerful antioxidant and gives a nice energy boost.
3️⃣MACA - stress and anxiety reliever + energy boost. The energy I get is no joke. It's also a hormone balancer. Alllll things I need. ▶️I've been using and loving @imlakesh - all organic and their packaging is SO CUTE (which totally sells me, HA). What are your go-to superfoods?
