Jammy Egg & Avocado Cracker ๐ŸŒด Kicking off the weekend with a classic, except I used a cracker and topped it as a toast so it ended up pretty much... overloaded ๐Ÿคท๐Ÿฝโ€โ™‚๏ธ Not complaining though ๐Ÿ˜ Happy weekending guys!
Details ๐Ÿ‘‰ cracker topped with dairyfree cream cheese + @naturalia_magasins_bio avocado slices + soft-boiled egg (6min) + @florette_france salad leaves ๐Ÿƒ + black sesame seeds + chili flakes + @saveol_officiel cherry tomatoes

Raw vegan chocolate chip cookiesย

Recipeย 
Ingredients:
1 cup gluten free oat flour
1 cup ground cashews
4 tbsp + 2 tsp coconut oil melted
1 tsp ย vanilla extract
1 tsp pink Himalayan salt
1/2 cup rice malt syrupย 
3 tbsp of raw cacao nibs.
To make:
1. In a large mixing bowl mix together gluten free oat flour + 1 cup ground cashews
^gound cashews by pulsing them in a high speed blender until fine
2. Next add coconut oil + vanilla extract + Himalayan salt + rice malt syrup or maple.
3. Combine these into a dough and add cacao nibs.
4. Mix and form into 12 equal size balls than flatten and shape into cookies.
5. Put them in the refrigerator to set for at least two hours.
6. Store in fridge or freezer if after 7 days.
BONUS: Add some raw nice cream in between to cookies to make a nice-cream sandwich! I've done it... it's amazing!ย Enjoy! #veganfoodvideos

Fats are an essential part of nutrition and contribute greatly to good health. But just like with any food group, not all types are created equal.

Generally you'll do well if you stick to mostly polyunsaturated fats (things like fish, flaxseeds & walnuts would fall under this category) and also monounsaturated fats (think avocado, almonds, olive oil etc)

These types of foods should generally make up the bulk of your fat intake. But then comes saturated fat, a hotly debated topic that id prefer not to stir up. So I'll just politely let you know which foods contain them, and do with it what you will ๐Ÿค“

Foods like butter, dairy products, fatty cuts of beef, bacon & pretty much all fast food contain saturated fat. All the tasty business really. I personally include saturated fat into my diet whenever I feel like it.

And last on the list we have trans fats, I didn't even bother including these in the graphic because they kinda suck. But like with saturated fats (and any food) they can probably be included in any diet and consumed in moderation for most people. Whatever you're into really โœŒ๏ธ

Saturday night dinner delicious and easy. I started eating then realized it was too delicious not to share! Turkey burger with avocado, sweet potato fries with turmeric and paprika with a ๐Ÿ’ฃsalad. I did my own thing with it too, as always, but the sweet potato black bean chili from #minimalistbaker tastes so good ๐Ÿ˜‹ Definitely use the optional spices. I subbed smoked paprika for chipotle but I think the cinnamon really makes this. I made mine thicker and ate it with quinoa, which I had for the first time today.
