Here’s the first recipe we tried out for lunch today. It was super easy to make and took less than 10mins! So, it’s a “yes” from the vegans on a budget. My favorite is how the hummus melts and makes it that much more creamy. Which is why I’ve decided to name it the “Zucchini Melt” 🤤🌯🥗

What you’ll need:
* soft tortillas
* zucchini * grape tomatoes * purple onion
* spinach(or whatever greens you prefer) * hummus(we used roasted red pepper & garlic)
Instructions: grill zucchini till soft, assemble your wrap and then grill it in a skillet 🤙🏾🤙🏾🤙🏾🤙🏾

High Rows 🙆🙅 Rows -- so simple, but so effective. This highly beneficial exercise strengthens and tones your upper back, biceps and triceps. HOW TO DO THEM: Holding five- to eight-pound dumbbells and with your knees slightly bent and feet shoulder-width apart, lift your hands up to your shoulders. Press your arms up at a 45-degree angle away from your body before rowing them back down. Squeeze your shoulder blades together, keeping your shoulders down and your head in line with your spine. Engage your core to keep yourself stable. Look straight in front of you while slightly bending your knees. Do three sets of 12 to 15 reps with 30 seconds of rest in between.

A Japanese doctor Toshiki Fukutsudzi introduced a very simple method to combat back problems while strengthening their abdominal muscles. This kind of posture correction would also lead to weight reduction over a period of time. The science behind it is that any extra layer of fat around the belly is basically a result of misplacement of your pelvis. The exercise claims to correct the pelvis placement, which automatically results in a small waistline.
1. Fold a towel into a 15 cm diameter roll.
2. Lay on a floor and place the towel under your back right under your navel point. The rolled towel should be slightly longer than the width of the back.
3. Relax. Put your feet shoulder-width apart and bend your feet so that they only the thumbs touch.
4. Fully extend your arms above your head. Turn your palms down and make your little fingers touch. If you find it difficult to extend your hands, do not force it, extend them as far as you can.
5. Lie in this position 3-5 min 2 times a day.
After the session, get up slowly and carefully. First on the side, then sit down and then stand up.
I also do a short stretch before lying down on the floor for the main one.

Has August been busy for you? I know for me it’s been a pretty hectic and crazy month. The endless projects and deadlines that are creeping up on me. #Ragweed grows most commonly in the Eastern and Midwest US states, and it lives only one season. During its short life, ragweed can wreak havoc among those who are sensitive to it, with each plant producing up to a billion pollen grains. Its light weight enables pollen grains to travel in the breeze up to 400 miles, creating a wide swath of suffering for the ragweed allergic.
