STRESS | الضغوطات
#STRESS! What a common word. A word that each of us suffers from in different shapes & forms. What we might not be completely aware of is how bad it can be on us mentally and physically! All the diseases it can bring, such us, high blood pressure, #diabetes, heart #disease, #obesity, #depression, not to forget the daily minor things, such as #headaches, #irritability, also not being able to enjoy the supposed to be "good" times with our friends & family.
So today we're taking the first step to looking to manage all these stresses. The first thing to do is to 'identify' what stresses us. When we list these down and recognize what stresses us, it gives us clarity, and a lot of the times, we end-up thinking that most of them are so unnecessary! They should never be given that much importance in the first place. We would end-up thinking "Really? Do I really need to even stress about this!?". Life is too short my friends. We shouldn't be spending it stressing over every single thing.
Once identified, the second step would be to manage whatever remains in our lives as stresses, because (as we know) there will always be some.
Well, I will start by listing my stresses, and I look forward to reading yours! ✌🏽
