365 Days in a year: I started by cancelling out days I would spend being toxic. Xbox, Partylife, negativity
24hrs In a day: 6-10 hours are recommended for sleep. An average of 16hrs left. I wanted to be productive in all of them. Multitasking a phone and tv got cut out. It’s difficult to remember things when your in and out of focus on two things. Music in the car was next, I switched to podcast. Chillen/hanging out. Nonemergency driving
60 minutes in an hour: games on my phone, mindless web surfing, morning routine/mealtimes have been shortened to the max.
60 seconds in a minute: meaningless conversation, Negativity of others, faster decisions, moving faster, refining water bottles I use a two litter bottle. When reading if I lose track, I move forward. I’ll pick up another book after this one so why go back.
Not trying to be cocky, I’m proud. You haven’t seen me in a while.
