#Slowness sums up my session this morning (hence the sped up video). It reminded me of one of #Kundera's aphorisms: .
"The degree of slowness is directly proportional to the intensity of memory; the degree of speed is directly proportional to the intensity of forgetting."
He elaborates with an example of a man walking - when you try and remember you subconsciously slow down, and when you try and forget, you speed up.
Of course, this has a deeper meaning... but I'll keep it #insta shallow and suggest this might apply to muscle memory as well :) so this was just my muscles trying to remember moves on the verge of being forgotten.
