Getting in plenty of practice today. Shot a couple of 29X rounds today and a 28. No 30, but they all looked like 30's.
Everything is feeling great with the Echelon 39. Set it up the day before I left for Iowa and it showed. I have had to change some things on it compared to my V39. Cut 3 ounces off of the front and 3 off the back. I have also gone from a V-bar setup to a single back bar. Doing that cleaned up a lot of the pin float I had. The biggest change I have made is working on slowing myself down. Anyone who knows me knows how hyper and excited I can get. Working on trying to control the emotional ups and downs that come in both tournaments and practice.
Fully convinced that moving to Texas has been the best decision I have ever made. I have had a full offseason to practice and have learned how to actually balance time, relationships with people and also work now that I have responsibilities. Really looking forward to what this season, and the rest of 2018, can bring. See everyone in Lancaster this next week! @elitearchery @hunttrainrepeat @blackeaglearrows #elevation #vortexoptics #lastchancearchery #hamskea
