Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Breakfast Shake

Ingredients 2 large overripe bananas, peeled, sliced and frozen* 1 cup original almond milk (or more to thin as desired) 3/4 cup ice 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter 1 scoop chocolate Juice Plus 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Directions

1. Add all ingredients to a blender a process until well pureed. Serve immediately. *The overripe bananas will add the sweetness for the smoothie so use some that have a generous amount of speckles

IF | OMAD Vegan Beef and Broccoli
4 tbsp coconut oil
4 cloves garlic
1/2 onion
Seitan
2 large kale
1 tsp chili flakes
Broccoli
Sauce:
1 tsp Vegan Oyster Sauce
2 tsp hoisin sauce
1/4 Cup vegetable stock
1/4 Cup water

Sauté garlic and onion then add chopped up seitan and continue to fry. Then add kale, cook till wilted, add broccoli and sauce mixture. Cook in medium low heat till sauce has reduced and thickened. Enjoy💪

A lot of people workout multiple days each week and don’t see the results they want and it’s down to a few simple things.
1) They have a training schedule that’s set up all wrong so they don’t see progress in the way they’re expecting. They’re doing the wrong things all together or they’re doing the right things without proper structure or conviction (intensity, rest periods, rest days, progressive overload, rep/set ranges etc.
2) They have no idea of how much or what sort of foods they need to be eating. They’re over or under consuming which doesn’t align with what they’re trying to achieve.
3) They aren’t living a balanced life according to what their goals are. They treat themselves with unhealthy food to much, don’t get enough of the nutritious healthy foods, they go out and party every weekend, miss workouts because they get rundown / hungover etc and lack consistency overall.

To really get the best results from working out you need to align your lifestyle to your goals. That doesn’t mean giving up all the things you love to do, but it does mean making a conscious choice to be more in balance with your body, mind and health in general. If you limit the unhealthy and negative habits in your life (and ideally erase them all together) you’ll be amazed at the amount of positive things that you’ll make room for and how much your life will change, along with your body! 🙌🏼💪🏼
