MOBILITY ALERT.... ⚠‼️🏋️‍♂️

Proud of your squat mobility??? Then go out, find a wall and get disappointed 😜(just kidding peeps).

Wall Squats can be closely related to overall body mobility test as it puts you in an awkward position where you can neither lean forward nor cheat yourself by putting the body weight on heels, and ifff at all you try so, the wall won't hesitate to throw you off balance.

Tried a few variations of conventional stance and narrow stance squats and all in overhead position.
The narrow stance being little advanced forced me to place my toes ✌🏻inches away from the wall so that the knees could comfortably move ahead of the toes(still some mobility work needed to sort this one out).
To test your overhead squat mobility on this:
1) Place your toes in contact with the wall, with feet slightly turned out.
2) Keep both the arms lifted overhead or hold a stick or pipe in hand with a wide grip.
3) Now slowly squat all the way down sliding the pipe against the wall.
4) Fall and repeat 🤣🤣. Excuse me for that attractive background😇
