This one I welcome in everywhere; On my mat, my bed, my time sitting in the car before I’m ready to brave (school, the grocery store, a run, anything), this is my morning rise, bedtime routine, and anxiety beating tool on the daily.
Today, any seated position, hand on your heart. 5 Minutes. This is beneficial for any duration, but today I really urge you to do a full 5 min. It can be intense and hard to sit with yourself that long, but consider it your space to take this week and integrate it into your heart, hands, bloodstream, and breath. You are powerful beyond understanding; feeling your heart outside your body is a tool to remind yourself of that deep power. •
