A long time ago, I bought some pencil skirts and three them in the back of the closet. 🤷🏼‍♀️ was it because they didn’t fit?? NOPE 👎 it was because I was too afraid of what people would think and say. “Why is she wearing that?” “That’s too tight” etc. 🤦🏼‍♀️ I stared at the floor and never made eye contact with people. I lived in a self conscious bubble. That’s where I would still be if it hadn’t been for coaching. Coaching taught me that you just have to shrug aside the opinions of others and GO ALL IN with what you want!! So thankful! Never turning back 💕💕 self confidence and self love are my fave!!! 💫🤸🏼‍♀️☀️💕day TWO of my new program and feeling amazing!!!!! Times nutrition rocks!!

It's late right now and I had a 14 hour day away from home so I am going to make this post short and sweet with my updates:

1. Today marked my LAST FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL EVER and had me feeling all the feels today - trying to focus on holding onto this feeling for as long as possible while I hold my breath for the hell that is going to be this semester😅🙄

2. Finally did some deadlifts tonight after staying away for two months to refocus on good form and avoid injuries and tonight we actually had some fun with them, light weight but I am just happy to be doing them again😅

Try this easy 20-minute one pan dinner: Bake 1 lb Atlantic Salmon (seasoned with salt, pepper and lemon slices) and a bunch of asparagus in a 450 degree oven for 15 minutes. Take out asparagus then bake the salmon for another 5 minutes. Bon Appétit!

Well, school has started again. The month off flew by with holidays and festivities and on my second day back at the grind, this little curious guy climbs into my lap and just stares at me. Simple pre workout meal!
6 slices of turkey, a whole wheat tortilla (6”), a tsp of mayo, and some veggies! I’m full and in a bit I’ll be ready to get my workout in!

This meal was delicious!
I sautéed some onion and bell pepper, topped it with a couple eggs and finished it off with 1/2 cup of baked sweet potatoes.
I am looking forward to having this on my meal plan everyday this week! I find it easier to stay on track when I find something I like and I repeat it during the week. It helps cut back on my meal planning and prepping time!
