I have heard that if you do the same thing 3 days in a row or for 72 hrs, it will become a habit:) I hope so! I’m on a roll. Tonight was veggie burgers topped with sautéed yellow peppers, onion, and garlic. Homemade guacamole and naan bread. I made it up as I went along. My son ate every bite in a very short amount of time:) It feels good knowing that I am feeding my son nutritious home cooked meals💗I used to be a stickler and freaked out if ketchup had high fructose corn syrup😳😮 my 5 yr old at the time, screamed out, after the lights came on at the movies when he saw the word “yellow #5” on his candy wrapper😳 When he had everyone’s attention...he cried while saying that yellow #5 caused cancer.🙁 Did I get a little carried away? Maybe🤷♀️ haha .
Last week I bought my son Mt. Dew and packaged gas station gummy bears. I let him have ice cream (dairy, sugar, artificial sweeteners and colorings) that kind😮🤔🍦🍨
After I gave him his last soda pop, he said “Thanks Mom, you know what? You’re cool:)”💗☀️🙏
