Windy night for speed work, thankfully the ☀️ was out for part of my workout! 18km with 9 @ LT. Excited to race #goodlifehalf in less than 3 weeks!
My first race ever was the GoodLife half marathon in 2010. Haven't done many half's but in just a few weeks, I'll run this race for the second time.
