Repost from @adventures_of_zen
This was taken on the Sugarloaf track less than two weeks ago, this week it was almost completely destroyed by a fire. Just goes to show that you should go see everything you can before it's too late. My thoughts go out to the families affected by the fires. Stay safe Cantabrians.-#destinationnz #amazingtravelbeauty #explorenz #goNZ #amazingartofearth #earthisunique #nzmustdo #landscapes #tagblender #naturelovers #newzealandguide #nature_seekers #discovervisuals #nature_shooters #naturephotography #naturelovers #nzimagery #southislandnz #wanderlust #travelgram #dreamworldimages #kiwipicsnz #globalphotofest #southislandnz #wearewanderers #natgeotravel #50shadesofnature #fiftyshadesofnature #earthfever

Taking in the beautiful surrounds of Lake Rotoiti 🦆 Waking up to this incredible view and cooking our breakfast in the back of the van is one of my favourite New Zealand memories 🚐🍳 Have you guys travelled in a van before? I think it was the best way to see NZ 🙌🏼

Feeling inspired by this breathtaking view that appears out of nowhere as we make our way around New Zealand’s South Island.

At a point in my life where I want nothing to hold me back... I was taught long ago that life was a game; well in playing, I lost my soul and I don't want to play any longer. I want to burst through all the layers of societal conditioning and fears that have been thrust upon me since birth and reemerge naked and vulnerable. I want to be raw and connect with people on a much deeper level. I want to have meaningful conversations, ones that reveal what brings tears to our eyes and why so often, so many of us feel as though we don't belong. This is where the healing begins. This is what brings us together, no longer divided. This is what allows us to love and be loved. This is what will carry and guide us. And this is what will take us home and make us free...

Went diving to get paua, got creeped out by things in the ocean and swam back, but still got some anyway 😊

Whangapoua Beach

I spent two days here camping in my hammock under a giant Pōhutukawa tree.
I didn't see another person or 👣 for three days, on day three I walked 40 minutes to the other end of this beach and came across two surfers.

I came home to see my family and to find a place to build my home, after spending almost two months here I've learned so much about who I am and where I come from.
