A big ol' Glendalough goblet g&t, with a few of the gin's botanicals playing the part of garnish slash photo staging supplies. The things I do for you, my 12 loyal followers.
Glendalough uses fresh, never dried botanicals from their local region to form the backbone of its gin and give it a unique profile.
The list includes pine shoots, watermint, sweet woodruff, elderflower, rose petals, ox eye daisies, mountain heather flowers, wild blueberries, sloe berries and pine.
Unsurprisingly the result is quite floral and aromatic, and goes great in a refreshing cocktail. Slainte!
