Back in the UK 🇬🇧 - Setting daily intentions to keep me in check. In my daily meditations and generally just checking in with myself throughout the day. - Post holiday / post break blues are real for most of us. How many of you come home from a break and struggle to get in to routine, struggle to be consistency and feel just a little blue? It happens. I can’t deny feeling a little pressure about a few things coming up. But I ain’t about that life anymore. - Set intentions BEFORE you leave your break. Don’t wait until you’re back and feeling all sorry for yourself. What will you incorporate in to your normal routine life that will allow you to continue in your positivity? - For me? 🧘🏽♀️Daily practice 🧘🏽♀️Daily intentions 🧘🏽♀️Daily vulnerability action (one thing a day that scares you, even if it’s just saying something you’ve been too scared to say, or even posting something you’re afraid to post) 🧘🏽♀️Daily gratitude (my best friends are making this super easy RN because they are the cutest) 🧘🏽♀️Diarised socialising (sometimes this slips when we get busy and that’s not ok), donuts (obvs), tequila and hikes for me🐍 - Set intentions whilst you’re in your happy place.
