45 min leg day HIIT conditioning workout. I'm busy af right now participating in capitalism and studying but I still find time to get a 45 minute workout in. I focused on time under tension with the slow motion compound movements like squats to maximize caloric burn & to maximize muscle engagement during the workout. I threw in sprints because they are very effective at burning fat & engaging fast twitch muscle fibers. The weight plated 🍑 glute bridge was added to balance the front loaded quad dominant kettlebell squats.

Lots of burpees, forward lunges and tricep dips for today’s workout.
Burpees - get your chest to the floor and aim to keep your feet together throughout if possible. Jump and clap overhead at the top each time.
Forward lunges - take a big step out so the weight of the front leg is over the front heel. Keep your chest up.
Tricep dips - find a chair or sofa to put your hands on and experiment with legs straight or knees bent to find the right difficulty for you.
Work and keep moving as the rep range gets easier. Keep the pace high! 😅🏋🏻‍♀️🤸🏼‍♀️💪
