In order to transform my body, I had to transform my habits.
✖️Instead of grabbing breakfast at Starbucks, lunch at work, and picking up take out for dinner, I carved out time on Sunday mornings to grocery shop and prep my meals for the week. I always thought eating healthy was expensive, but really eating out for 3 meals a day is what had me feeling like there was a hole in my pocket 😶
✖️ I changed my drinking habits. Instead of nightly bottles of wine, I now enjoy a glass or two a few times a week 🍷. I also don’t go out as often, and in turn I’m not only saving money but I’m saving my results (and let’s be real, saving myself from drunk texting nightmares 😇)!
✖️ I started to set my alarm an hour earlier, and go to bed an hour earlier, because I decided that mornings were the best time for me to workout 🌄 the time in the day where the world & your mind is still quiet.
✖️ I started being to girl to bring healthy options to work or family parties, that way I could be sure I have something to enjoy guilt-free 🥕
The thing is: nothing changes if nothing changes. A lot of people want the transformation but aren’t willing to tweak their lifestyle in order to achieve it. I’m leveling up for the next few months because I know where I want to be by summer 2019 👙 - and that will require building and sticking to new habits! So you wanna just do it together?
