New Glute and Hammies exercise I tried today. Definitely stepping out of my comfort zone since working with @brandon_rw ! He’s helping me to correct my upper cross syndrome (thanks to Dental Hygiene), tweaking foot placement, stressing the importance of STRETCHING (Lord know I’ve neglected this part of my training), and showing me some new and fun glute activation exercises! Sumo Deadlifts 375lbs/170kg + Squats 255lbs/116kg 1x10 2xFail(1st fail). Coming into the gym I felt like I was going to crush these weights, leaving it I felt a little crushed. I hadn’t had a bad gym day in a very long while, but I’ll recover with good food and rest.
