@Regran_ed from @vinniegill7 - A little rant for the guy who criticized me on my live video.
Usually, I Ignore it. But, today I’m gonna have to address it. His comments were targeted towards my physical appearance. He said I’m too skinny. To begin with, whatever body type or skin colour a person is, it is NOT okay to blurt out negative comments about them, or to them. People are as they are, and in some cases, like mine, we can’t help but be. No matter what you say, it’s going to be that way. So, you might as well deal with it. Even if not, why is my body your business anyway?
Skinny shaming is just as bad as fat shaming. It’s sickening. You don’t even know how much we struggle to gain weight and how we forcefully feed ourselves. I love my body and I'm confident in myself. If there is someone who makes you feel inadequate about your body they are probably a shitty person.
Why is it anyway necessary to shame another’s body type? I’m skinny, so I can only tell you how I feel, but there are people in every body type that have certain complexities. There is no need to remind them now and then about what their body lacks. Having lived with it for years, I’m pretty sure they’ve already known it. If you’re healthy from the inside – mentally and biologically, then your weight does not matter. Be proud of whatever you carry and however you carry it. There is no specific definition of beauty, and so, you define it. You are far more than that.
