Vetwod #2. Baby slept in so got this done in the other spare room...which was buuurning uppp. The heater was in high gear in there, if I wasn’t recording I probably would have taken my sleep sweats off 😂 was too lazy to go downstairs for shorts. Db thrusters huurt, the overhead squats weren’t bad. Subbed “v-ups” (not very good Vs for me 😂) for toes to bar. Lunges and HSPU were the only things I did unbroken lol. This was a fun chipper, I love descending reps 😬

Oh the temptation has already come! Holiday food at work, special holiday treats at restaurants and stores, and of course family Thanksgiving dinner will be here soon! I just lost five pounds and I'm starting to get anxious about eating around the holidays. I don't want to gain it back! Plus me schedule has gotten busy and it is hard to make it to a crossfit class. .

I just need to find balance between. I can enjoy holiday food. I just won't binge. We'll see how this goes lol.

Back to the weekly grind & I’m not complaining.☕️💻 I’ll be putting in some extra hours these next few days, so I can take some time off & enjoy Thanksgiving with the fam!🥧 Back when I worked for corporate America, Holidays, vacations, and extra events used to leave me feeling stressed & anxious.😫 When you’re supposed to be excited to spend time with family ,👨‍👩‍👧 I was worried I wouldn’t be able to get time off.
