335x2 for 12 sets w/ double overhand grip. Might not seem like much but using your weakest grip makes this a lot harder. . 335 was my first ever 1 rep max attempt on deadlift about 2.5 years ago. It was the ugliest rep ever and a hurt my back doing it too. Point is don’t give up training just because of some setbacks. Stay consistent and disciplined and you will come far! .
