Since the HIIT circuit was in the lead, I figured I’d record it before I had to leave to for work. But if you voted for the resistance band leg workout, don’t worry! I’ll be filming that later this week, so keep an eye out 😉
You can perform this at home ORRRR at the gym! It’s always good to switch up your cardio, so take a break from your normal treadmill walk or stair master workout & try this instead!
Videos are sped up, but just make sure you’re doing these at a speed where you can feel the burn & really make that mind to muscle connection.
