I used to quit after about 2 weeks of starting to eat clean and exercise.

So, here I am...2.5 years and 3 sizes later!! Still going strong!
This is a marathon not a sprint!
Remember that no pill, wrap, quick fix, fad diet will last long term!
It takes hard work, dedication and consistency!
