Easy, healthy, morish and yum 😉

Ingredients:
2 cups rolled oats
2 small apples grated
2 heaped Tbl sps nut butter
3 Tbl sps honey
1/2 greek yogurt
The add:
Cinnamon
Dark choc
Goji

Method:
Combine ingredients in a large bowl,
Mix in cinnamon, dark choc and berries,
Roll into balls (if you have trouble you can add more nut butter or yogurt, also try chilling mixture for 30 mins before)
Enjoy 😊

Like good-for-you popcarn kernels that don't break your teeth 😅. Seriously, so crunchy and moreish though.

400g can of chickpeas or 1/2 cup dried chickpeas soaked as instructed on packet
1/2 TblspTumeric
1/2 Tblsp Paprika
1/2 Tblsp Cumin
Fresh parsley
Olive oil
Salt and pepper
Method:
Drain and rinse chickpeas and place in medium frying pan with a drizzle of oil.
Add spices, parsley and salt and pepper if desired.
Stir to coat.
Cook on medium-high heat until crispy
