Recipe 👉 1cup greek yogurt (or dairy free for my vegans) , 1/2c almond milk, 1/2c diced apple, 1/2c organic pumpkin puree, 1/2 banana, 1 tablespoon peanut butter, ice.
Blend & top with whatever you'd like!
I topped mine with some cinnamon sugar dusted seeds for crunch 😉 .
