I'm too fat to workout
I'm too busy
Eating clean is hard
I don't know what I'm doing
I'm just gonna fail anyways why even start
I'm just not a very motivated person
This is the BS I told myself for years! And for years I was miserable because of it.
Every day I battled deep dark thoughts, negative voices and overwhelming depression. These feelings consumed me and I felt extremely stuck in my situation.
It was in one of my deepest moments that I had a moment of clarity. Was this really going to be how I was going to live the rest of my life? Was I going to be this example for my kids?
It was then I decided to start doing the very thing that terrified me......working on me.
I had to start BELIEVING in myself
I had to work on my positive self talk
I had to fix my mindset
I had to break the bad habits
Everyone always looks at my journey and thinks it’s about the lbs lost. But it’s not.....it’s the mindset shift I had that really changed my life
And it’s that shift that got me taking the ACTIONS that helped me lose the weight.
You might be reading this struggling with the same fears, worries, concerns and negatives beliefs....still thinking you could never change even though you DESPERATELY want to change
