One of my favorite "finishers" to a workout is to do high volume super sets (back to back exercises) for the muscle group that I am working out that night. It's not just aesthetically pleasing, but more importantly it is feeding blood and oxygen to the muscle under stress forcing them to expand and grow. I got the idea for this from the legendary @philheath and his FST7 type of training. FST7 stands for fascia stretch straining, so your stretching the muscle fascia forcing growth, and the 7 is to do 7 sets of 15 reps, so very high volume with roughly 30 seconds of rest in-between sets. Give it a shot yourself and let me know what you think!
