230 lbs, a PR... but dang it, I hate that my hips went up on this sumo squat deadlift before the bar.... it wasn't pretty. So that is what I will be working on next. FORM.

Managable ss deads, weighted hip thrusters, straight leg hip extension (up and overs), fire hydrants, foam rolled the glutes, then some donkey kicks. I did walking lunges as a warmup for the big lift up there. So my legs ended up shaky and tired!
