Booty Workout with the Smith Machine!!!!!!
This is probably my all-time favorite machine in the gym. NO JOKE! You could do so much with this machine as long as you know how to. (And lucky you, I am going to show you how to train booty with it, but just let me share something first)
Personally, I prefer training my booty with the Smith Machine because I am allowed to lift heavier weights, in a sense.
Instead of dumbbells where I hold weights using my arms strength, for Smith Machine I am using my shoulder strength to carry the weights.
Always make sure the bar is placed on your shoulder back, NOT AT THE BACK OF YOUR NECK! This is so important because you don’t want to hurt your spine!

當我用啞鈴時我會因為自己能拿起來的重量有限而被約束。相反的當我用Smith Machine 我是在用肩膀的力氣去扛重量，所以其實我可以用更重的重量來鍛煉。

1. Simple Squat 15 reps
2. Curtsy Lunges 15 reps each leg (Keep most of your weight on the standing leg/ 重心應該要放在沒有在動的那隻腳上)
3. Hip Thrust 15 reps (Make sure for this exercise, you are lying on your upper back, and when you thrust your hip upwards your legs are to form a 90 degree angle/ 注意你躺下來的時候應該要用背的上半部，也注意當你把屁股向上推的時膝蓋應該要形成90度角)

I only filmed three exercises in this video because I was too tired since I trained shoulders before this.
