Instead, success is the cumulative result of getting up every day intent on being better than yesterday. This is applicable in weightloss, mental health, business, relationships, etc. We can only lose when we allow yesterday’s mistake to rob us of today's purpose. If we apply this, we'll find our "on" days will far outweigh any "off" days. Know better, do better... dust off; try again.
