👁 get asked a lot what 👁 eat for breakfast and this is a staple of mine!
...
🍳Eggs (usually 3 egg whites + 1 whole egg 🥚 but sometimes 👁 want that extra runny yolk 😋)
🍚Oatmeal (2/3 cup + 1 stevia packet + 1 serving of Cookie Butter because it’s addicting & 👁 make it work within my macros)
☕️Coffee (can’t do black 😝 so 👁 dress it up with 1 packet of stevia + 1 serving of SF creamer of choice)

👁 literally eat this year round (prep or no prep) with occasionally switching out the oatmeal for some sort of Ezekiel toast or English muffin, but that’s it! Probably pretty boring to most 🤷🏼‍♀️ but it doesn’t get old, 👁 enjoy it, and it’s simple. Plus it’s the perfect amount of high protein, moderate carb, and minimal fat that 👁 enjoy for a breakfast to get my day going strong! 💪🏼

Side note, especially for my #OG peeps out there, y’all know 👁 LOVE my protein waffles, but 👁 like to reserve those times for when 👁’m loving myself extra. 😋🤗

Anybody else struggling with motivation since daylight savings? It gets darker earlier and my motivation to get things done goes away faster. Cardio and abs followed by a jog to the park... not a bad start to our #saturday

[QUICK AB WORKOUT] Guh-Guh-Guh-Guh-Guh GOOD MO🌞🌞ORNING!!! Early bird gets the worm! Early worm gets EATEN! 😱😱😱 🤔🤔🤔 (so is it always good to be early?) #QTNA 🤣. For some, Saturday means SLEEPING in 😴😴😴 #Lucky ,for others it's the same as every other day!😩😩😩. Anyways good morning! I put together a little ABDOMINAL WORKOUT (That I've been doing FOR YEARS) that I do daily or every other day to get and MAINTAIN a strong core and "washboard" abs. [QUICK AB WORKOUT on my YouTube channel, link in bio] 👆🏾. Most of the exercises can be done AT HOME, without any machines or contraptions. The thing about training your core is that in the beginning it WILL be HARD at first. You won't be able to do a full set non stop at first. You might have to STOP in between sets or reps, I KNOW. I had to when I started! And some days I still do now! The IMPORTANT thing is to COMPLETE the workout. ACCOUNT FOR EVERY SET AND EVERY REP! FINISH! Always think to FINISH. Thru time and repetition you'll notice your core getting STRONGER and you'll be able to finish reps WITHOUT stopping in between.
I get asked how often do I train my abs/core....The answer is, EVERYDAY! Well almost everyday! I try to train my abs whenever I workout in case I might miss a day or two of working out. For someone that's starting, I recommend training abs EVERY OTHER DAY, to give your core a day to rest in between. In actuality, your core is trained on days you workout your LEGS (that's why you shouldn't skip LEG DAY) as well as some upper body workouts. Little late with my workout but it’s done ✅ Cardio & Abs on this Friday & now ready for the wknd to begin.

Only 2 weeks left of my weight lifting 🏋🏼‍♀️ program & then I plan on moving on with an agility/sports training style workout program. Way out of my comfort zone but I’m up for the challenge.
I always like to plan out my workout schedule a few months in advance. It’s the OCD in me. I live by a plan & routine.
