My first @comptrainmasters workout is done. What I loved about it already is the mindset thought to start with, the warm up, the strength or skill work and the workout itself. I'm guessing this will take about 75 to 90 minutes per session, but it might be a little faster as I get into the flow of it.
The workout was a hero work out called "Daniel" it was a grinder. As I'm coming off of a knee injury, I modified the run for row and I lowered the thruster weight from 95 pounds to 75 pounds, everything else was RX. 26:53 and I did fairly well minimizing the transition time and continuing to keep moving. I had to do singles on all the pull-ups, but still proud of my effort. I'm putting this year, so I can mark it for one year from today, to see the changes that have happened over the next year.
