Pretty good session today. After bench failing to cooperate on Tuesday, I wasn't fully anticipating going to 130 today, but I did and it went well! Single at 130 followed by a 122.5 double (not filmed), then 3x12 at 72.5 close grip.
Deadlifts have been a bit of a weird one, after the 230 affair on Thursday, my CNS is a bit blasted, but I was happy to get 200, 207.5 and then 212.5 for 2 singles. Come on, my one good lift, don't let me down... 😂 I also did the gym challenge which was to plank across two vibrating foam rollers for as long as possible... I got 2.21 which puts me in 3rd!
