3 hours a day, IF, carb control, the whole 9 yards.
80 per arm for incline press, 130 for upright cable rows. (Among the other, probably excessive, exercises I did today.) A decent start, but those numbers are gonna double come September. (As will the amount of my readily visible abdominals. 😂 #foreverfatkid ) .
