🔥HIGH-FIBER FOODS YOU SHOULD EAT🔥

🍌Fiber is incredibly important. It escapes digestion in the stomach and ends up reaching the gut. There, it feeds the friendly gut bacteria, leading to all sorts of health benefits.

According to the Institute of Medicine, women need around 25 grams of fiber per day, and men need 38 grams of fiber per day. On average, people eat far less. 👨‍🍳

That said, for today’s post I made you a list of food that is rich in fiber. Try adding more of those in your diet. Also, macros below are based on 100g (raw) of each food. 🍔

So we got an @instantpotofficial and made a TON of juicy pulled pork in a speedy 90 min (so fast, I know!). What inspired me? I got sick and tired of being sick and tired. Deep down I always knew I was cheating myself but never could pull myself from the deep dark place my health resided. Until one day I miscarried my unborn child. Talk about depressed. One day at a time, I clawed myself back to the surface to fight. Maybe a year later I was finally approved for Gastric Bypass surgery, after being denied for many years. Please know having surgery isn’t “the easy way out”. Everyday I have to apply hard work to get the result I have today. There is NO get out of Free card when it comes to living a healthier lifestyle. There isn’t just losing weight but there is also keeping it off. Never give up!!! I am proof, it can be done if you want it as bad as you need it.
