#before and before. These are both pictures from when I was younger. 14 years old 370 pounds, and then 19 years old at 170 pounds. I can't show you my after, because what is after is never known. I'm a work in progress.
Sometimes I get upset when I think about my current #physique, if you could even say I had one, but then I think back to when I stepped on the scale at 14 years old and it swayed past the maxed out #370Lbs. It didn't stop spinning. I also reminisce about the doctor when I was 11, he told me I was the largest child he had ever seen. I think about how my knees felt, and how they wanted to do surgery, I was way too #fat for my adolescent frame. I struggle with an internal need to be lighter on my toes, to be like a cat in the night, to not feel the aches and pains. Then I remember I'm the only one who can change my destiny. So here's starting from the top, for the umpteenth time.
