TOP 5 FAT LOSS TIPS🎉💪🏼 1) Drink yo wataaa! Seriously, water is so very important on average your body is 60-65% water meaning throughout the day even if you aren’t sweating you NEED water! It keeps you full, helps with digestion, makes you feel good, and has all systems functioning optimally. -

2) Eat more wholesome foods and less processed foods. You know exactly what you’re eating (no preservatives), your fueling your body with a ton of nutrient dense foods that makes you feel good and perform to your best! -

3) Increase your NEAT And TDEE. Get your body moving, take all the steps, and increase your daily energy expenditure. -

4) Get plenty of sleep. Getting enough sleep allows your body to rest, recover, and repair and allows you to feel amazing and function at its best. -

5) Eat out less often. You never know about the hidden calories when you’re eating at restaurants. Many cook with butters and oils and more times than not things aren’t measured out exactly so you’re never 100% sure the amount/calorie content of foods you’re consuming. Plus it adds up to be very expensive over time!
