Right now in a calorie deficit to get lean it’s super important for me to keep up the hard & heavy training!
I haven’t ever been strong at these usually I could do 3 sets of 6 or so. Yesterday I did 5 sets of 5!
For me that’s a huge achievement with lower energy but hopefully helping my body to hold on to that muscle for the next 4 weeks! 🔥 we want to melt away that fat only
And honestly, so glad for @ghostlifestyle Legend getting me through these workouts!!
