Use low-fat dairy products and fill jars with a variety of nuts and seeds that you can snack on when your energy stores need a boost. Pour over recipes that you’ve never tried. Anything to change what you have been doing into something new and exciting. Getting in shape never has to be boring. Be creative! 💭.
