Just finished day 1 of Fitness Blenders FB booty round 2 program! Soaked in sweat, no make up, no filters , feels so good!
I believe everyone should be active, be the outlet yoga, skateboarding , weight training, running, horseback riding, golf, etc. I also think everyone should experiment and find multiple forms of movement that work for them, we all get bored! I personally try to include two forms of movement each day- yoga and another form of work out (obviously right now that will be the FB program, but I love running, kettlebells, CrossFit, weight training, and hiit). BUT I don’t usually spend more than 1-1.5 hours a day on my “workouts.” Usually 1 hour or less. It’s do able!
I’ve done many of FBs programs (including this one!) many times and LOVE LOVE LOVE them! They helped me start my intense love of all forms of fitness 5 years ago and I still use them multiple times a week! I recommend them to friends and family all of the time.
