Why do I love rotary so much? Well here's #MyBrapStory . Share your story with that hashtag so we can all read them!
To begin, I actually use to hate RX7's when I was a kid. Why? Because I played a lot of NFS Underground and the FD in that game was super hard to control and I didn't like challenges as a little kid. At the time, @kmelara51206 was the king of video games and if any of you have siblings, you know the temptation to be better than them are everything. So I took it as my only goal to beat Kevin's scores with the hardest car, the FD. I absolutely hated the car but after a lot of racing, I learned how to control it and it became my favorite car. Keep in mind I was like 6 or 7 at the time so I it took a lot of playing to get use to it.
Fast forward to when I was about 14 or so that I started really getting into cars and drifting thanks to Kevin. I then started thinking of the RX7 when I saw it in some drifting videos and began to dig deeper into what it really was and that's when I found rotary. I didn't know ANYTHING about engines or cars in general, but the rotary concept was so simple that I looked up videos on how it worked. It was the very first motor where I learned how it worked, basic stages, all that. And it excited me to learn something that most people didn't know about and I then shared it with Kevin and he found it pretty interesting and began searching them up.
Fast forward again to last October and I was the new owner of my 89 FC "Shadow". Never in my life did I think I would own my dream car after only 4 years of knowing what it was. Even though Shadow doesn't run right now, I thank God that He gave me these experiences, and all of you to share them with
