We might confuse gentleness with weakness or being too soft. True gentleness, however, is an expression of strength. It’s about recognising our own capacity to do harm and choosing to be tender. When we are gentle we touch the world in ways that protect and preserve it. Being gentle requires respect for the people, the environment and to stay centred in our self and our values. Today, practice to stay centred in your heart. If needed take some time out, close your eyes and breath into your heart area. Let go of anything that is bothering you or that seems to be in the way. Be a gentle giant.❤️⠀
