Super surprising sleep screenshot.
So crossfit last night was fucking intense for me.
I enjoyed it, but holy fuck, I haven't even begun to walk the crossfit path to great fitness.
The class ended at 7:30pm , I took my @primalalchemyuk protein about 20 mins after that.
I got home around 8:15pm and guzzled down some sushi at that time too. Carbs bro. (Generally I try not to eat fish, but I was starving, tired and unprepared so the thought of prepping my own rice and protein was a no deal.) .
Took a hot shower ( no cold thermo directly after excersise as it blunts beneficial inflammation)
Lit my candles
Turned devices off
Took 200g of 5 - HTP
Took 1g of Magnesium
Took some red light therapy with @redlightrising
And listened to @ericweinstein and Joe Rogan confuse the shit up of me until around 1020pm.
I felt really wired when I finally decided to try sleep and it felt like I tossed and turned all night.
That's why I'm surprised to see relatively decent numbers, for me.
My thinking is that the 5-HTP really kicked my sleep into gear, but time will tell.
What do you guys think about this?
