Yeeeeaaaayhhhhh, today was a killer hit/cardio day, with my B4 LIIFT4 program, that I am loving!
Spots for my VIP test group are still open!!! Add about 98% humidity to an outdoor work out, and you get one sweaty stinky dude... lol. No weights needed for today’s work out, but I won’t lie, I fucking hate cardio.. And that’s exactly why I like to lift and use hit circuits just like this program and incorporates, perfectly!
A lot of people do not know that you can burn just as many calories weight lifting as you can running/jogging/walking. Pulse it’s much more entertaining!
