Well, for one, I actually need fish oil kasi when I took a health assesment test I actually scored 90% risk on mental health. 😂 mygaaahd. Mababaliw na daw ako kaya ayusin ko na daw utak ko. And besides that, this helps with my pcos.. beh, I wanna have kids so I have to prepare early kahit na wala pa yung kasama kong gagawa 🙊😂. And also, since I am a choco- coffee-holic (sugars yum!)
